Your Fertility Plan: Part One

Updated: Sep 14, 2022

Identify Your Unique & Individual Needs

Hello & welcome to the start of our 6-part blog series, Your Fertility Plan. My name is Sage & I am a degree-qualified naturopath & nutritionist who has completed further postgraduate studies in reproductive health & fertility. Naturopathy became a part of my life in my early teens following my own menstrual cycle challenges which inspired me to pursue naturopathy as a career. I love that I now get to empower others to understand their own reproductive health to improve their health & fertility outcomes.

I created this series as not only a free resource for people wanting to conceive, but to be an inclusive resource for all individuals on this journey - heterosexual couples, single women & individuals assigned female at birth who may not identify as a woman, same-sex couples including all members of the LGBTQIA+ community wishing to conceive, & individuals undergoing fertility preservation such as egg freezing.

Throughout this blog series we will be going through the step-by-step process of identifying your own individual needs, preconception assessment, preconception care, & the ins & outs of Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART) including egg freezing, Intrauterine Insemination (IUI) & In-vitro Fertilisation (IVF).

It is my hope that this series provides you with the foundational information that you need to start this process, or meet you wherever you're at in your journey with tangible steps that you can take to optimise your health & improve your fertility outcomes.

A culmination of research, my own clinical experience & insight into how I support my patients through their fertility journey in 6 easy-to-read blog posts just for you. Click on the PDF attachment below to access part one.

Happy reading!
